Step 1: First of all, you Login to SBI Online and then click on Profile and click on Manage A/c Display. You will now be asked to enter your Profile Password which you have to enter and click on the submit button.
Step 2: Now you will see Hide Accounts and Unhide Accounts tab. You have to click on the Unhide Accounts tab and then select the account number and click on the Submit button.
By doing this you will have a message show “You have successfully modified your account profile for inquiry and transaction access to the following accounts” and this means that your account has been unhide and now it will show in the Hide Accounts tab.
Step 3: Now click on the Request & Enquiries in the menu bar and click on the Upgrade Access Level.
Step 4: Now select your account and then select Full Transaction Rights from the Upgrade Access Level to Dropdown menu and click on submit button.
Step 5: Now an OTP will be sent to your mobile which you can enter by clicking on the confirm button and then you will have a message show.
“Your request for upgradation of rights for the account selected by you has been accepted and it may take one hour to activate the same in our records.”
This message means that full transaction rights are given to the user, but it will take at least one hour to be fully activated, and then you will never have any of this user’s account level. accounts will not be shown for this username error.
